First major art piece of the year!
Ooof, this one took such a long time to draw. I've fallen in and out of my drawing scheduled all the time. Not only is it hard to draw with my bad health, but my moms' dad died back in January, as well as other bad things happening with family members, so things have been pretty rough this year. Good thing the drawing I was working on ended up fitting my mood.
When my health issues are too severe for me to handle, I spend my time making up stories and experimenting with my literary abilities. This drawing is based on one of those stories. I won't say what the story for this one is, not only because I've wanted to try making a Sonic fan Comic for years, but also to see how well the drawing can tell a part of it. I'd love to see what stories you get out of this drawing.

it's somber, so pretty, quiet, and complicated.~
It reminds me of when i used to go cry in the forest, all alone when i was little
it would make me happy, to be around all the beautiful forest, and away from the things that made me feel down.
it made me realize how big the world was, and all~.
i would sit at the edge of the lake i found,
and look into the water at the freshwater shrimp.
Then i'd go to an old mining cabin from 100 years ago that i found the pieces to and rebuilt,
and reflect on the meaning of life.
it's impossible for me to feel unhappy when i look at the forest
I have never had a bad memory there.
That's why i think it's good to get out, and travel, Because you see just how big the world is,
and realize the endless possibilities and vastness of existence!.
